Closing Options Assessment

eClosing Possibly Ineligible. Please Contact our Office.

Some eNotary Platforms require its users be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders. Contact us for info.

Some of your closing documents must be notarized. For a Remote Online Notarization to occur, some eNotary platforms and title insurers require the signer be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

You indicated that you are neither a U.S. Citizen nor Green Card Holder. Accordingly, you may be unable to complete an eClosing for your side of the transaction. There may be exceptions to this limitation, so we invite you to contact us to learn more.

eNotary platforms use Knowledge Based Authentication (called “KBA”) as required by law. Generally, the KBA questions are drawn from sources that primarily contain data for U.S. Citizens and some Green Card Holders. Based on the information provided by the eNotary platforms, we suggest you consider an alternative means of closing.
