Closing Options Assessment.

eClosing Ineligible. Consider Alternatives.
The eNotary Platform Requires Access by a Computer with a Camera and Microphone.
Some of your closing documents must be notarized. For a Remote Online Notarization to occur, the Online Notary must use a camera and microphone to witness the digital signing over the internet.
You indicated that your computer does not have a camera and/or microphone. Accordingly, you are currently unable to complete an eClosing for your side of the transaction.
We understand that everyone has iDevices, and that iDevices have both a camera and microphone. Unfortunately, as of now, the eNotary platform requires users to access the site from a computer. iPhones and iPads do not meet the provider's requirements.
We are actively pursuing alternative providers and look forward to updates soon.
