Closing Options Assessment.

eClosing Ineligible. Consider Alternatives.

eNotary Platform Requires Access by a Computer.

Some of your closing documents must be notarized. As of now, the eNotary platform requires users to access the site from a computer. iPhones and iPads do not meet the provider's requirements.

You indicated that you will not have access to a computer to sign your closing documents. Accordingly, you are currently unable to complete an eClosing for your side of the transaction.

We are actively pursuing alternative providers and look forward to updates soon.

Sign at Our Office

Schedule a Traditional Closing Appointment at either of our DC or MD Offices.

We will continue to offer in-person closings at both of our offices for as long as we are allowed. During this time, we will take additional precautions recommended by the CDC and implement a plan to help facilitate contact minimization.

Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to schedule separate signing appointments, and our REALTOR partners may either attend in-person or join by phone or video chat.

Sign from Your Car

With Curbside Closings, enjoy a Contactless Closing at Paragon from the comfort of your own vehicle.

Complete closing from a dedicated parking spot right outside our office. From outside the vehicle, a Paragon Attorney will administer the closing, answer questions, and witness signatures as needed.

This process can occur with car windows up or down, and REALTORS are invited to participate by phone or video call.

Sign at Home or Work

Close with an Independent Mobile Notary* at your preferred location, while connected to a Paragon Attorney.

We are happy to make arrangements to send an Independent Mobile Notary to meet the parties at their home or other preferred location. The Notary will take care of returning the original docs to Paragon.

During the signing, a Paragon attorney will be connected by phone or video chat to explain the docs and answer questions. REALTORS are invited to join by phone or video call as well.

*Mobile Notaries are not affiliated with Paragon Title and will charge a fee for their services. Fees can be around $150-250 and will be disclosed before you are obligated to use them. This option is subject to Notary availability.
