Thank you for reviewing our eClosing Requirements and Procedures. Now, you can schedule a date and time that works best for your Seller eSigning appointment.

SCHEDULING TIPS:

  • Don’t wait until the last minute. Sign at least one day before the Settlement Date.

  • Don’t sign too far in advance. Sellers are encouraged to sign up to one week in advance of the actual Settlement Date.

  • Don’t see a date and time that work for you? Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Prefer to schedule by phone? No problem! Give us a call at 301.986.1114 and we’ll take care of the rest.

T’s & C’s

  1. This service is available for current Paragon customers only. If you do not have a file open with Paragon any requested appointment will be ignored. If you are interested in an eClosing at Paragon Title, please contact our office.

  2. There is a Technology Fee of $35 per eSigning Appointment. If multiple signers are accessing the portal at the same time then only one eSigning fee is due. All eClosing fees will be collected on the Settlement Statement.
